Hello,

I would like to write an official complaint about the service I received today at the Canadian Tire in Kirkland Quebec.

Here is what happened (and take into account my extra source of frustration - I have a 1 month old baby):

Ever seen and heard a thousand year old man? Just look at me whenever I get out of a chair. I have had a fairly chronic pain in my lower back, in varying degrees, for the last couple of years at least. Usually it’s just stiffness but for several months last year I felt very creaky. Seeking help from any source, I found a friend who swore by chiropractors. He referred me to Dr Eric Legault, in Ste Anne de Bellevue near Montreal.

Product worked well initially, but I did notice that the power switch seemed a bit spongey. After having the drive for a few months it was working okay and I leave it running all the time anyway so no problem. Then a few weeks back the drive was not on and I found that the switch would not go into the on position without much tweaking. Finally got it to stay on and then left it like that until the other day and it quit again, this time the switch could not be manipulated to get the drive to work. So I ended up having to remove the drive from the case and install it into my PC which worked.

Babies come into the world messy. From then on parents repel the attack of grime from food, dirt, and art supplies, but most especially from the biohazardous pooh pooh and pee pee. Diapers are supposed to be the answer, but not the diapers from Walmart.

It's been just over a month since we impulse-bought a new TV during the boxing week sales.  Our existing tranditional TV was retired during a living-room re-org because it took up too much room.  We thought we could easily live without a TV until our friends came over and we discovered that we no longer had the option of watching a movie and we might be forced to talk athe whole evening, yuk!

This fall after my 12 year old car nearly stranded me on the freeway it was time to start shopping for a new car.  It started with the general idea of buying an entry level SUV and then spending a weekend driving around to all the dealerships for test drives.
